Are we talking about homeless like a single mother of two who fell behind on her payments and got evicted? Or are we talking homeless like that mentally ill drug addict down the street who talks to himself and shits on the sidewalk and has put zero effort into ever improving his situation?

It would have to be for the people in the first example, and in order to make it even remotely safe for them there would have to be oversight to a degree that would guarantee that the second type, and most others, wouldnt take advantage of it.

At the end of the day, I say do it, but dont expect it to make a noticeable effect on the homeless
problem.
