MrSmartGuy posted... Poise might actually be more important than your damage resistance. That stat dictates how easy it is for you to get staggered and possibly stunlocked when hit. It's also useful in the sense that you can attack through light damage. I believe that also means when shielding, but I could be wrong; it's been years since I've played.
