Not only have I played games mentioned in this topic like Dark Souls, Dead Space, Ninja Gaiden, Mortal Combat and Crash. I've also played stuff like Kaizo, Nioh, Demon Souls, Isaac, Meat Boy, 1001 Spikes, I Wanna Be The Guy, Contra, Bullet Hell games, heck SRPGs and TRPGs would add a decent amount to that total. I mean with a game like AoE all those soldiers are technically your characters. That is potentially millions of deaths for me that I am getting paid roughly 10k per death for? Hell yeah!
