All politicians want power to some extent, but Biden manages to come across like he's running because he has nothing better to do. He acts less like he wants to be President and more that he just thinks he should be. I think that Joe Biden is running primarily because he, like many other Americans, does not wish to see another four years of President Trump. --- I don't like this duchy.
