Incineration, explosion, freezing, getting sliced up or eaten alive by countless enemies and creatures. They took the time to animate lots of colorful deaths, and while they're always played for laughs, experiencing them yourself would not make for a fun time. --- I'm sorry, but 10,000 of ANYTHING on a PS2 would absolutely destroy your framerate.
