In the 90s, if the sight of a white woman with a black man bothered you, you kept it to yourself or shared it with a confidant whom you trusted not to lose face in you. Today, people with such mindsets go online and share their unwarranted opinions anonymously. They also feel reaffirmed in knowing that there are others who feel the same way.
