Germophobes are odd, but mostly harmless. They become a problem when their illness starts to effect other people negatively, such as if they were to blame someone for something that isn't real. I saw a story one time where a germophobe freaked out so much over someone being near them, that other people interpreted it as sexual implications without really knowing the germophones disability.
