Mega Man 2's first half is outstanding. It's the Wily Stages that hurt the game the most. The wall boss as well as the final one are the absolute worst.

Mega Man 3 is a lot more frustrating than the second imho so that one will be rough. That said 4-6 mellow out on the unfair difficulty and are a lot more balanced, but it also makes them a lot less interesting. So idk take your pick haha
