While they don't see some of the worst stuff in my area like they'd see if they worked in a major city, it's still stressful and they have to deal with some awful things. 3 years ago, a truck was carrying a full load of cars to deliver to a dealership when it came loose and hit a van full of kids and a few adults. 6 kids and 2 adults were killed (1 adult survived).
