They're alone for a couple of hours working with knives/stoves/etc... and one of the cooks collapsed in the kitchen from... I forget if it was a stone or his appendix. He had to slowly drag himself out of the kitchen and dining room to get help, and all the while, the stoves were on and unattended. I actually met with the person in charge of our facility to mention this and other concerns in the hopes that they might make schedule changes so that no one was ever left alone in the kitchen, but no go.
