Now, I'm a Canadian, so the American president working towards making his country great (again) is something that would benefit me vicariously, not so much a Chinese or Russian or citizens of whatever other country that considers itself a rival of America and/or the Americans. Back on subject; If North Dakota decided it won't be accepting any more new refugees then said refugees will have to choose one of the other States. As damaging as that may or may not be ND is not a coastal state - on teh contary it's as far removed from a coastal state as possible, geographically speaking, so it's not like they'll be jumping off the boat and getting tossed back into the ocean. --- The day I forgot the screams...
