| RJP_X 12/08/19 9:37:02 PM #1: | i've been thinking about trying this for some time, but not sure whats worth it, and whats not. not sure if anyone here knows of whats worth it. i have been walking on the treadmill for 40 minutes the past couple of days and feel more depressed than when i started. i don't know why, i'm not use to exercise in general, because i have tarsal coalition in my feet so avoid anything that triggers the pain. but my depression has been pretty bad as of late, so kinda trying to force myself to do some physical activity. --- ''Hey I ain't ugly!
