People are pretending like this is some sort of conspiracy in some parts o the internet and it's such a stupid fucking take that it is beyond words. It had more user reviews in less than a month than huge games that had been on there for ages, does that not seem the slightest bit suspicious to you?

The gamergate mentality where people race to condemn stuff on steam or metacritic or whatever every time there's even a slight controversy involved in its existence is so tiresome, and it's basically rendered user reviews completely useless
