Topic	I'm in Vegas for 4 nights. What do?

We had a buffet topic a bit ago and I'll throw this in again, in my opinion the best price to deliciousness ratio is a bit of a drive south of the strip at the M. Also unsure if changed recently but for the cheap also one of the remaining places that doesn't close between meal periods so you can say pay for lunch at the very end and get dinner(which is only ever slightly different) for lunch prices. @red13n their website indicates they transition from lunch to dinner at 2:30. What time would you recommend getting there?
