Drink lots of water, no soda or coffee.
When you wash your face use face wash and hot water only. Do not use a washcloth, only your bare hands.
When you get out of the shower splash cold water on your face to shrink your pores again.
Wash your pillow case often, at least once a week.
If you have areas of your skin that are particularly oily wipe them down with hydrogen peroxide or a witch hazel solution then cleanse with cold water afterwards.
Do not pop your pimples, the irritation it creates will only cause more to form.
