You're still suggesting that they don't have their phone number (if a family member or friend gets a new number and doesn't tell you, you may have to reevaluate that relationship) and only communicate through Facebook/instragram, which is 99.9% highly unlikely. You can have current friends that you dont have their numbers. Maybe you do, but not everybody. Some people talk solely through Facebook for many reasons. Like I don have SusanGreenEyes from this sites number. But I talk to her on Facebook. Also, there are friends I talk to on Facebook every week where I dont have their number. I also have family members that I talk to on Facebook more where I dont have their number. But since they use Facebook a lot, you can reach them that way. I think messenger even has a way to call from that. And people get new phones, but have to tell everybody their number. With my family, it can take a while. My great grandma had 8 kids, who all had at least two kids, who all had kids. And she also had like 4 siblings who have giant families, as well. Just because you have everyones number doesnt mean every has to love like you. And many people communicate via almost only Facebook.
