I had to live out my worst nightmare today :/

So there's person I used to be close friends with, until she did some shitty stuff and I stopped talking to her and just generally avoided her. It was difficult, cause a lot of my friends are friends with her (I actually met them all through her), but I managed it. And I think I built her up as someone to fear in my mind, cause last week I saw her walk past me and I had my first ever panic attack...

Anyway, I was with one of our mutual friends and said friend mentioned how she-devil was waiting for her cause they were gonna drive home together, and I tried to think of an excuse to vanish but I couldn't think of one in time and I had to greet she-devil and talk to her thankfully the car park was in the opposite direction to where i needed to go, so I made my excuses while they were taking a cigarette break and hightailed it out of there

But I don't really feel OK...
