But I did read that Vox article which does not go into the details of that case or the arguments made by the Supreme Court at all, so if the discussion is going to be at a super high level, I think the blanket assertion made by the Vox article that nondelegation is bad as a concept is clearly misleading. Obviously there's a lot of room between [give Trump the power to decide what the law is forever] and [Congress has to update the laws itself every year if it wants to index by inflation].
