V changes it up a bit but there's no major difference in content. The writing in V's tapes was generally worse off, though. The format was fine, and I liked being able to play them during gameplay instead of pausing the game or accessing them from a menu. This the third time I've seen the "Kojima is a way better game designer than he is a writer/storyteller" take in the past day and I have to agree.
