Are you guys satisfied with such a shallow experience. Is it alright for it to just be a simple little romp where you fight a bunch of gyms and then the game's over? What I'm asking is is that what the general pokemon populace wants? It's pretty clear now that that's exactly what Gamefreak's going to give us until the end of time but I guess I'm just surprised that there's a pretty big group of people that kind of just want that. It just sucks for me because I would really love if Pokemon could be so much more than this shallow experience we're getting now. Especially since it's the biggest media franchise, it's just a shame. Even MORE sucks for me because there are so few animal/creature focused game franchises that are even close to Pokemon's popularity. Zelda and Mario get to have these fantastic games that give so much hope to their future and what will come next and then there's Pokemon where now it feels like I shouldn't even bother dreaming of what could or might be.
