Her fatal mistakes were probably openly talking about seeking the murder(s) and roaming those same streets doing so. She should have left it to the professionals, and even if nothing turned up, just let it be, try not to forget what happened for the victim's sake, and do her best to put it past her. Edit: Pregnancy scare due to sex from a ex? Murdered by his jealous girlfriend whom was unsure which one should do the hit?
