Might want to read again. In statement one, they're complaining that only popular Pokemon will ever show up again and saying we'll never see the less popular ones again. In the latter, they're complaining that it wasn't all popular Pokemon that returned and that less popular Pokemon returned, too. Statement 1: "It sucks because only popular Pokemon will ever show up again, you'll never see the rest."
