It's not his fault people in AEW flip over the top rope just to mug at the camera and say "Fuck you Jim" or pull out a tennis racket like he gives a shit. Also, Cornette also commented that the Private Party/Young Bucks match should have ended on the SSP too, so I wasn't alone in thinking the match was...kinda dumb in retrospect. Do I fall in line with Cornette? No. I just find his rants funny, because he knows his schtick works. I don't know if Cassidy falls in the same vein as "Wrestling is a performance art" like Ricocchet and Omega seem to aspire it to be. I just know that Cassidy's gimmick may not be for me. Santino's wasn't either after a while, as that grew stale as fuck. Doesn't have to be.
