| Topic | I finally asked my boss for my old job back |
| Archibleedies 10/29/19 3:29:04 PM #48: | well i had an hour long convo with the branch manager, then a lengthy convo with my direct boss. they are both amazing and understanding people. i told them straight up that although i have been able to complete the work and do it efficiently thus far, i cant shake a constantly ramping anxiety i've had. the stressed that they dont want me to feel this way and commended me for being candid with them. he seemed genuine but i still feel ashamed over it i told them that i didnt want to keep my feelings bottled up to the point where my work starts to get sloppy and not punctual, and that i do like working for this company and want to continue working with the company. the branch manager said he's going to talk to HR, and my manager said she's upset in the sense that she's losing one of her better workers so soon, but she said she'd rather me be comfortable and not have work start affecting my irl life nothing is guaranteed, but even if i dont transition back i feel a little bit of relief after talking with them about everything --- Hairistotle ...
