Due to all the Echoes stuff that's been going on, and she's a popular character that hasn't gotten a legendary alt yet. Not that I'm especially pushing for her to get an alt. My other theory is... 2. A healer. Purely because of the Null banner conveniently missing the one true counter to razzle dazzle, makes me think there's a powerful healer that's going to show up and IS doesn't want the counter to them to be accessible right away.
