People have seen the change in me I have become a lot more socially skilled by I still struggle to do tasks without visual aid and have been fired from two electrician jobs because I failed to understand spoken instructions and would take 1.5-2 times longer then other co-workers to do the same task.Yeah I need certain things to learn. I've become a fanatic note taker and diagram maker in all meetings and that's really the only thing that saves my ass there. My last job helped so much for social skills. Had to be a receptionist and lead groups around.
