Less and less people are applying and more and more are quitting. I think they said in my state 1800 people hired last year and out of that about a 100 actually stayed. Yeah. I think they are pretty short-handed here for your job, as well. I think there was a job fair a couple years ago. And I don't think they got many people. That being said, the Air Force isn't doing much better. They offered a voluntary out thing some years ago. They needed a certain number of people to get out. Within like the first hour, they had like twice as many people as they needed. They had to shut it down quick. It was like when the zombies were crawling over each other in World War Z.... My other job doesn't have many people.
