Theres no proof it actually is healthier/improves your lifespan

to the contrary actually

We get it. You're insecure and basic, and associate your masculinity with meat eating. You don't need to try and cite .com sites to show us that.

enjoy your b12 deficency

and btw stop treating your diet like your sexuality

I'm not vegan - I'm just not a garbage, insecure human like you are.

Also who said anything about MY sexuality? I'm mentioning the fact that basic ass men somehow associate meat with masculinity - even though we're far from having to actually, you know, hunt or kill shit. So it's not really anything "tough" you're doing by eating meat.

...how is pointing out that a vegan diet doesn't have sufficient nutrients to sustain a person "associating meat with masculinity"?

We know why you're posting against veganism, so quit fucking pretending you're doing some sort of intellectual service. You're not.
The majority of vegans are going to be more conscious of their dietary habits than the majority of highly defensive omnivores. You know damn well the majority of vegans will supplement their B12, you can get trace amounts from some produce and seaweeds, and the amount your body actually needs is very little since it can synthesize some of its own.
As far as the other things go - there are plenty of ways to get complete proteins without animal products. Soy is a complete protein, and there are plenty of commonly used complementary proteins.
As far as iron goes - yeah, heme iron is more bioavailable. But again - the majority of vegans are probably going to supplement. Or they'll pair their non-heme iron sources with vitamin C to increase its absorption.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with veganism. Let them live their lives.
