There's nothing to next, lol. Either you're of the opinion that money is a powerful tool that shapes our global and political landscape or you're not. Nothing is done at a lower level without being "okay'd" by the higher ups. Everyone has someone that they answer to.
Think of all the billions poured into cancer research over the past several decades and there hasn't been even a hint of any progress on even one of the hundreds of cancers currently identified. Might as well just throw our hands up and say we don't know I guess. Because this shit isn't getting done in my lifetime or yours.
What would it take for your opinion to change? Would you need to see drastic improvements in curing these diseases? Or would you think the rich just decided it was time to start making money a new way?
