Topic	Is it a common thing for people to believe that cures are being hidden from

Everyone has someone that they answer to. Think of all the billions poured into cancer research over the past several decades and there hasn't been even a hint of any progress on even one of the hundreds of cancers currently identified. Might as well just throw our hands up and say we don't know I guess. Because this shit isn't getting done in my lifetime or yours. Ignoring the fact that a lot of the "treatments" you keep talking about can and do cure some cancers. Hell there are some cancers when caught early enough are barely an inconvenience to folks.
