Knetz often bully idols by fat shaming them (even though they aren't anywhere near fat) or call them ugly. Got to the point where Chaeryong's (from girl group Itzy) mom had to tell people to stop bullying and calling her ugly. US twitter is just as bad as any knet communities about s*ting on fat/ugly celebrities, its just that there are also communities that will vocally defend them Exactly. Don't assume that sites like Allkpop and Netizenbuzz are accurate reflections of what Korean netizens are.
