DanHaren2019 10/20/19 8:42:29 PM #36: | I modified my diet 2 weeks ago....every day I eat 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of quinoa, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of broccoli, and 1 cup of blueberries. I also eat 3 capsules of fish oil. 1 spoon of chia seeds. 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites, baked chicken with only seasoning (no sauce), and vitamin D supplement and ON protein shakes which are low carb. Sometimes I'll use a chia seed+quinoa tortilla and make tacos with quinoa, chicken, and some fajita with just a tiny bit of olive oil. I also use hot sauce and salsa for flavoring. ...
