Jorji Costava likes to pull one over on the inspector. Its often unclear if Jorji has all his documents, what his true purpose is in Arstotzka, and whether he truly has the inspectors best interests at heart. Jorji appears as a genial man who does not seem to mind being detained; indeed, he quickly returns with another attempt and frequently commands the inspector for doing a great job. In the end, ~~Jorji even offers the inspector his own passport, claiming he can easily get another.~~ Jorji (which I pronounce Georgie) is mysterious. He claims to sell drugs over the border, but can you really trust him? He says he admires the job youre doing, but what are his true motivation?
