Just like sparing everything can be hard, killing everything is equally hard. You have to go out of your way to do it, and sometimes the game will give you very easy paths to spare things that you have to be an asshole not to take. Killing certain things will make you feel very, very bad. If you play it blind, you'll most likely finish somewhere in the middle of the morality scale.
