So, doing it again combined with 4-5x per week of muay Thai. Don't expect it to come off as quickly as last time but here's hoping. My goal is to lose 50lbs and then focus on Muay Thai and swimming to lose the rest while stopping the keto diet (I can't live without grains, drives me insane).

I did keto as well a few months ago, I went on a standard low-carb diet and a bit of cardio and lost about 40lbs, but keto helped me go beyond the weight loss plateau I was stuck at and lost another 20lbs, and also taught me about health and nutrition. I can get by without grains, I learned how to make low carb breads and biscuits for sandwiches, but the thing I was most unhappy with was my lack of muscle definition. So I cycled back onto a low-moderate carb diet and I can maintain my weight while slowly losing fat and building muscle, being able to enjoy pizza, pasta, bread, oatmeal, etc.
