I take a multivitamin so the only thing my body lacks is carbs/glucose. As a result my blood sugar is basically flatlined. This would be very unhealthy if I was diabetic, which I am not. Having no spikes in blood sugar basically eliminates any cravings that would tempt me to cheat.

Is keto basically like poisoning your body or something? I've heard its actually bad for you. Although it sounds like you eat a lot of vegetables, so idk how that could be bad. But I thought the main thing you eat on Keto is fatty foods.


I still end up with more calories from fat than anything else. Salad dressing is the great equalizer. I can use very little or a ton depending on what I've eaten that day.
