(about igglybuff) Yeah it was a bit of a letdown but I evolved it and wigglytuff definitely is more noticeable (although again not that much different). Like that picture alpha posted in the last topic, the eyes are greener and the pink is more intense. My other disappointing shiny is Togekiss.
