Vtubermana  This video was in that vtuber video contest Enma Ruri won the music category for. No, I don't think this one was actually in the music category. Cracked me up though. This ultimately got replaced by Vanedra's VANE video. Vanedra also submitted something for that too, actually, though it was just a "regular" video. Virtual Butler Cecilia    He looks like a girl, does "all my voice" acapella stuff, and has pretty great taste in vgm. Like the vtubermana one, any of the ones I was considering from him were ultimately replaced by Vanedra's. The Vtubermana song above replaced them first though. Suntory Nomu   Exceptional model, exceptional production values, good voice, a constant standout in almost every song she covers... But insufferable content outside of that. She has an original song, but it's an extremely cringeworthy song called "Life is tasty!" that I'm pretty certain is actually a glorified commercial for a brand of bottled mineral water. She has plenty of stuff that would've easily made it on, and it's not like every other vtuber I picked is particularly interesting outside of their music either, but I just had qualms about including her, specifically. Fuji Aoi  One of of the veteran virtual songers who is pretty big, but I don't really know much about. She's good from what I've seen. Her model has progressed from bad to worse over time, somehow. Milky Queen  Despite the terrible name and appearance, she's an extremely good multilingual singer who tends to do English covers of j-pop (often major vocaloid) songs. I'm not sure how she's as good as she is while just being a member of a failing 3-person group. She was the one that won that other recent song contest Ruri participated and came last in. As it turns out, FOUR of the finalists picked the same song as her so she nearly lost, but as the only one with more than like 3000 subscribers there, it was still an automatic victory really, especially with the edge she had on the english lyrics in it. RukiRoki   A cute duo who have unceremoniously left the scene now. A real shame. Hoshimiya Gumi   ... Do I need to explain this one? You're lucky I couldn't bring myself to subject you to this cuteness in the actual noms. And yeah I think that was all of them. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
