He manages to gain 0.07% this year, leaving him in 7th - 0.02% behind Vivi and 0.48% behind Kuja. In the newSTATS, though, he is the undisputed king of IX. He drops 0.36% to 81.53%, holding steady at 6th multiple percentage points ahead of Vivi.
