Does the Block feature not work on users below a certain level or did he legit unblock me and reblock me in that short period of time lol I've been seeing posts quoting him constantly for weeks, and I've never taken him off ignore. The system is bork. They changed it so you can disable the "ignore quoted posts from users you have ignored" setting - yours may be turned off.
