The 2016 Impala shows some promise at around 23k, which includes an extended warranty on top of the residual, but at those prices I can get a brand new Optima in the same trim level as my old one, thanks to a 3-4 thousand dollar discount Kia is running this month. And that would have a 10 year warranty. So, I dunno. I like the looks and features the Impala has, but the Optima has more safety features standard.
