Do you think her words will have a lasting inpact or will her 15 minutes soon be over? Is the UN even the best group to speak in front of? What can actually realistically be done? Greta is beneficial to the cause. It doesn't matter that she's not a paragon of advocacy. And the people she speaks to directly don't matter all that much either. The UN, Congress, most of the adults who already chose to ignore the scientists... I don't expect them to do anything. But kids of Greta's generation are also watching.
