Ahh so this is the shit my mother pulled on me to get me drugged out of my mind as a kid. She would often take me to the doctors and psychiatrists offices and tell me not to utter a word and then proceed to tell them that there was something wrong with me because I wasnt talking.

One time I was so drugged up I forgot the whole plan and when she tried to get me to talk in front of the psychiatrist I did. She beat the shit out of me afterwards for that.
