He cares DEEPLY about how others perceive him. Sociopaths are not interested in that. A sociopathic Trump would not spend all day on Twitter or watching cable news to see what they say about him. Sociopathy is perpendicular to Trump caring about what others think of him (which is, of course, rooted in his narcissism).
