Median salaries are broken down by age group, and if you guys would've clicked the link I shared earlier you'd have seen that. It's certainly true that most workers earn more as they get older. A median requires there to be people below the median, but being below the median salary when you're in the prime of your career still means you're earning more than whatever the median is when you're starting out. Which means that most people can save/invest throughout their working career unless they're not giving a shit about their own future. --- Do good.
