For all the amazing reviews and the continued gigantic sales, that game has kind of disappeared from the critical discussion, the only more rapid vanishing I can think of for a big prestige game is Bioshock Infinite from the same year. That's very true, I suppose it's still fresh in my mind because I have a couple friends who still play it regularly (It's a fine game just never got into online), and to see it completely ignored is strange. I'd all but forgotten about Bioshock Infinite though so I know what you mean. Must have skimmed over it the first time because Control at #6 seems insane.
