Unfortunately, my mental exhaustion from my two mini-breakdowns didn't translate to physical exhaustion. Also doesn't help that my internal clock is messed up from spending 4+ years sleeping in a windowless basement, so I now don't get tired until at least 7am. Nor does it help that my asshole brain is trying to put Smile Smile Smile on repeat. The best song from the best year for MLP. I do at least feel calmer now, and can watch other stuff without background anxiety.
