People talk about automation and how it'll steal jobs, but they're thinking a lot about robots and AI. No one knows about smart contracts. This is the true job killer. In a scenario where someone getting paid from some company needs to have his invoice verified and moved through several hands, smart contracts will replace all those hands and will be automated and seamless. Something as simple as someone clocking in and out from a job, this has to be verified by the manager before they cut a cheque. With smart contracts deployed, the moment you clock out, you'll be getting paid instantly. No humans involved.
