22 y/o Heifer, Lindsey Sherrod Bates, a special ed teacher in Alabama has been INDICTED on 5 criminal counts for sending x-rated pics of herself to male students and had SEX with a 17, now 18 y/o boy!!

She taught at Madison County High School and coached volleyball and was indicted on a felony count for engaging in a sex act with a student younger than 19 and a misdemeanor counts of distributing obscene material to a student and having sexual contact with a student.

If convicted, she faces 20 YEARS in the slammer..and her POLICEMAN HUSBAND DIVORCED HER this past summer!!

Her attorney, Robert Tuten, said her client is looking forward to clearing this up and having her day in court.

She was married at the time to the son of a local sheriff's deputy and was busted on April 12, just 2 weeks after resigning from her job

She is accused of having sex with the 17 y/o male and sending him pics of herself in nude form to the boy and a second student as well but neither were enrolled in the special ed class

7 months later she STILL has her teaching license howeve and the agency has not yet proposed any negative action against her certification

She also coached varsity volleyball and her husband of a year,Andrew is a local law enforcement officer and the son of Madison Sheriff Stacy Bates had filed for divorce just 2 DAYS after her arrest citing "incompability".

The Sheriff's Office started the investigation as soon as allegations were brought to their attention as the office said her relationship to her ex father in law did not affect the process

She is currently free on bail pending trial
