No it's not. Guns were literally invented for the purpose of "any idiot can pull a trigger." Stabbing someone is much harder because you have to actually go up to them to do it. You have to have the balls to, most likely, look them in the eyes and stab them. Most people are pussies. They can't do that. Actual psychological tests have been done before to determine this. People are far more likely to shoot someone from even ten feet away then they are to stab someone up close.

Not to me tion the fact that it's far far far more likely you will survive a stabbing. When Sandy Hook happened 20 kids were shot to death. That same week in China some nut went into an elementary school and stabbed 20 kids. All 20 survived. If that doesn't tell you which is more dangerous then I don't know what will.
